3. You agree to not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law
VI. Indemnity
1You agree to indemnify and hold LaundEx harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this site, your violation of the TOS.
VII. Termination of Account
1. LaundEx may terminate your account at any time at it's own discrestion, without or without reason.
